ANC is worried

26 Jun

The ANC is gathered together to discuss what they hope will keep the voters on their side. The little bit we get to hear are but the crumbs thrown out to pacify those of us who want to know what is going on.
Unluckily I don’t think we will be privy to the ducking and diving going on as to the power bases being created for the ultimate position in our government. I think these goings on would make for a good book if the truth should ever come out.
What is interesting is that my old “friend” Julius Malema is doing some canvassing with some of his old ANC buddies in the hope that he will be allowed back into the ANC fold. If this should happen we can expect some very interesting developments in our country.
I personally hope that president Zuma manages to get the ANC back on track and lays down the law to fight corruption and crime that is now seemingly part and parcel of the ANC government.
There are a few good stories I need to check out and if interesting enough will blog about them. Until next time keep your fingers crossed for some progress which will benefit our entire nation

I think we must be very afraid for South Africa’s future, with everything that’s going on behind the scenes at present. It does not bode well.

Saw a joke from Zapiro this morning which I need to upload. It says it all.

let’s hope our Pres puts into action what he is declaring. I see it’s being reported that he has sleepless nights over the plight of the poor. He doesn’t look toooooooooooooooooooo tired to me!

Passed JZ on the highway this morning. His convoy was stuck due to the collision which closed some lanes and there just wasn’t any space to push through. Think he was sleeping, so you could be right. He is getting plenty of sleep 🙂
Joking aside – he is so far removed from the poor that he has no idea of how they live. His little travel by train and bus the other day is a good example. They specially washed the train and sanitized it before he arrived. The windows were clean and there was no graffiti on any of the coaches. There were also no crowds pushing and shoving to get into a coach during rush hour. S what did he learn? Nothing!

so bloody true. It would have been far more worthwhile if had sprung a surprise visit. Although come to think of it, is he that daft he doesn’t know what is really happening? Maddening.

You seem to be living in a dream world regarding the ANC Paul.
Since when has JZ been able to do ANYTHING but drag our name through the dirt?
Bottom line, the ANC has to go – they’ve proven themselves totally inadequate to run anything. Unless it’s running it into the ground…

No 68ghia, I am just voicing a bit of optimism. The reality of what has has delivered is plain to all to see. The country is in a worse state than ever before and the facts are that even if change was to start happening we just dont have the financial means of getting it done.
